CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Refund Policy By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies: Cancellations & Rescheduling: I understand that life happens, and I’m happy to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your appointment deposit, service credit, or other applicable booking fee. No-Call/No-Show: Appointments that are missed without notice will be considered a no-call/no-show. No-call/no-shows may forfeit any deposit or service credit associated with the appointment, and future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking. No Refunds: All payments, deposits, service credits, memberships, packages, and purchases are non-refundable. Once payment has been made, refunds will not be issued due to cancellations, missed appointments, change of mind, or unused services. Service Credits: When applicable, unused service credits may be rolled over or rescheduled at the discretion of the business and must be used within the applicable expiration period. Service credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund. By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, package, or membership, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this policy.
