Our salon cancellation policy requires clients to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. If a client fails to provide the required notice or does not show up for their appointment, they may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee is 30% of scheduled service. We understand that emergencies can arise, so we encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible if they need to make any changes to their appointment.
